What services do you provide? – Trulove Studios offers conference and event photography, conference and event videography, conference headshot stations, corporate headshots, and video production including recap videos, interviews and testimonials, brand awareness videos and live recording of events and sessions.

  2. Do you travel? – YES! Our team of creatives is available to capture your event, large or small in the U.S. and beyond. We have captured conferences and events both nationally and internationally and would love to join you.

  3. Do you charge travel fees? – We offer a competitive rate for our services and in most cases, will absorb travel fees to make it easier to work together. We get it; Sourcing media talent over and over is a headache. Bring us with you and let us take care of everything.

  4. Does your package include one or two shooters? – In our experience, one photographer or videographer will cover 95% of what most clients need. The only exception would be for incredibly large and complex events with multiple activations or sessions happening in multiple locations at the same time. Of course, each event is different and we try to be as flexible as possible to collaborate on a solution that saves money, time, and stress.

  5. How far in advance should we book you for our event? – The sooner, the better. A signed contract and deposit are required to add you to our calendar officially. Dates are reserved on a first-come basis.
